Service Description
Each week will explore a different theme within mindfulness and will use meditation and breathing techniques. Sessions are one hour and are open to all. Beginners to experienced meditators are all welcome. £8 per session. Block of six for discounted price of £7 per session (£42). Email hello@gaiamindfulness.com for details.
