In this six-week course in meditation for relaxation and mindfulness, learn how you can improve your health and well being using breathing techniques and visualisation.
Live more fully day to day as you learn to be increasingly present and mindful. Connect more deeply with your joy and peace.
The course is six sessions of 1.5 hours each. Begins Sunday 6th September at 3.00pm.
£25 per session (£150 total)
