Gaia Mindfulness is offering ten weeks of drop-in sessions via Zoom starting in November.

 

Classes can be booked individually up to two hours before the session.

Each week will explore a different theme within mindfulness and will use meditation, visualisation and breathing techniques.

Sessions are one hour and are open to all. Beginners to experienced meditators are all welcome.
